Dr. Mazen Fakeeh, is the President and Chairman of the Board of the Fakeeh.Care Group and Dr. Soliman Fakeeh Hospital Company, a leading healthcare institution in the Middle East in general and in KSA in particular. While serving on few regulatory institutions and boards, Dr. Fakeeh is widely recognized as a pioneer and the architect of modern KSA healthcare.
His leadership and commitment to the community, not only tripled the company’s revenues and profits in just five years, but also grew DSFH to become synonymous of International quality healthcare in the kingdom, beating or meeting every international benchmark; his motto “Compete with the best in the west”.
The inceptor, inspirer and leader of drives, institutions, accreditations, and discoveries, Dr. Fakeeh is a tireless advocate of quality, patient safety and a just culture, he has lead the organization to receiving the highest acknowledgement by highly acclaimed institutions.
He places sustainability at the core of strategic planning, focusing on the 4 sustainability pillars, and making the hospital a pioneer in publishing a yearly CSR report.

Dr. Fakeeh is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Saudi Council for Healthcare Specialists and the Vice Chairman of the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Health Committee.

An experienced manager in the hospitality industry with substantial pre-opening expertise coupled with solid experience in customer service, operations, sales, marketing, teambuilding, interpersonal communication, renovation, business administration, and relationship management.
My career in hospitality began in 1991 and over the years I have gained local, regional, and international experience while working in the Middle East and North Africa with several big names in the industry. I successfully worked my way up to general management and during my career amassed significant project management experience. While I’m an all-rounder, my forte is pre-opening, opening, and building a team, and my track record at the InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut, Holiday Inn Kuwait, and Le Yacht Club Beirut is testament to this. I have the industry insight and practical know-how in different facets of the business needed to take on a project from scratch and transform it into tangible results. I overcome challenges by building on my hotel chain opening experience, ability to coordinate project works, sales and marketing acumen, fluency in three languages (English, French and Arabic), aptitude at working across cultural boundaries, talent at making informed decisions fast, and data-driven approach to problem solving.
I have worked in several geographical locations at different types of hospitality businesses: from boutique upscale luxury projects to large resorts and corporate city hotels. This has enriched my professional edge and has shaped the long-term relationships I have fostered over the years.
